Hello amazing cooks! Today I evaluated professional cooking blog Pinch of Yum. Written by Lindsay a mom, wife, former teacher, and now professional blogger. She blogs about her life, recipes, and how to cook an item of food. One thing I thought she did perfectly on her blog was the layout, she post plenty of pictures, but also has enough writing involved so it is not just images. I also enjoyed that she talked about her life in the blog, but also kept it professional with recipes. Her most recent post was December 17th, titled December coffee date, Lindsay talked about what was new in her life with her new baby, and gave tips of the maternal life, the experience of finding her office, and some recipes that are life saving for her. Moving to a different form of blog her next blog was posted on December 10th that was titled 14 must-bake holiday cooking recipes. Her she had plenty pictures of cookies that had an explanation of each cookie recipe and how it fit perfectly into the holiday season. Finally we move on to her more traditional posts of how to cook an item of food, like the one she posted on December 3rd, titled How to cook chicken. Where she shows the many ways to cook/bake chicken with recipes to follow.  Lindsay's blog is very professional and takes on all aspects of cooking,if you want to know more about her her is the link to her blog and a few images of her recipes to follow. https://pinchofyum.com/blog
